Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another SLD meetup. Now today we're gonna have with us the founder of Beverly Hills Real Estate, the international man. And he's gonna tell us all about his business, the different platforms that they've developed over time where we showcase some of the most incredible properties and really to put them in a higher level. So excited about talking about some of the most incredible properties and the story behind the international man.

So let's bring Ismail Tass. Ismail, what's going on my friend? How you doing? Good.

I'm fine. I mean, are you talking? Tell us a little bit what's happening. Turkish from the Netherlands that moved to the LA and now it's traveling around the world.

Amazing to have you here with us today. So tell us a little bit about the Beverly Hills Real Estate. You've definitely amassed a big following on social media. You're showcasing some of the most amazing properties in Beverly Hills and also in different jets and locations.

So tell us a little bit about the business and how it all happened. I stopped with the began. My first time in LA was in 2017. I've been able to travel and I fell in love there and I get the feeling I want to start something there.

And a couple months later, I started Instagram page, Beverly Hills Real Estate. Nobody used them names. I thought I take this name and then I start slowly to showcase everything the luxury mentions that show the world. In the meanwhile, yeah, it's not booming me.

I stopped with 60,000 followers and I make the real old days each day and one explodes and my followers explodes too. And that gave me power to continue with this. It's incredible, right? Because you definitely grabbed something that was very unique at the beginning.

Because nobody was doing those type of reels. You went in, started to showcase it continuously and then all this other, those videos started to get more viral. So your audience grew and then you started to generate more leads. So what's the strategy behind the business?

So is it something that you do mainly for marketing purposes or also converts into leads for selling those properties? First I stopped for a third, but I told my friend, NZL Mauser, give me tips. My friend McReels comes at that time was new and I did it. I got a lot of footage of him.

And with that, I explode the leads by asking me to promote them. That's why I stopped that way. And I get leads and I get leads for the realtors and that's, yeah, leads is very important. Well, yes, it's a very competitive market.

Everybody wants to be ahead of the game, but if you don't get leads, you're not going to go anywhere, right? So it's important to understand how to master the social media platforms in order to create an inflow of leads that then you can distribute accordingly. Now, but I'm curious because you started with some of the most amazing properties showcasing them in Instagram mainly, but then you started developing as well on TikTok and growing other platforms. So tell us a little bit about the strategy behind.

So what is it that you see that is working well now? Because everybody now started to post the reels and you see some of the similarities everywhere now. So how do you differentiate yourself? Yeah, for me it's short reels, the short videos because the audience wanted to till they are like in the mentioned.

That's in the right music. They must have the feeling the right beat, the right chord. That is what is booming. But I tried.

It's not that I'm a magic guy. One, not everything goes viral. When you post each day and keep going, you come there where you want to be. That's my right.

So how do you stay ahead of trends? Right? Because that's another question that everybody's always asking. It's like, oh, I missed this trend.

I need to wait for the next one. But how do you stay ahead? Because I see that you're doing things that always says right before the trends start becoming trends. We're already doing it.

So is there a way of looking into that? Yeah, I look always through the music. Music, new music. I love music.

I love the beat music. I always share the music in the main music, the special music. Like I did one real ago, a new DJ is it, new music. Ah, sorry.

And the beat. It's a cool way to look at it. Instead of doing the video and then thinking about the song, you already know the song and then you're building a video based on that. I say all the music that I like.

I say the music and then I see the video and I scroll. This music I choose. I choose to send and the match. And then I.

Yeah, it's funny that you said that because I remember when we started on TikTok, the first video that we got viral, which was like years ago when TikTok started, it was through the same concert, right? It was about looking about a song that I thought, man, this song is gonna blow up for sure because it's the new song of this DJ is now gonna perform in this particular festival. And this is gonna be the summer hit. And we use that song in our video early on and it always had an explosion.

And that was something that I couldn't agree more with you. A lot of people do it backwards, right? They just do the video and then it's like, oh, what's the song that fits best for this video? When in reality, you know, you can always look the other way around.

And that's how a lot of the trends start to happen. The new audience of the social media, they are young people, young, they want to go to the club, this guy. Right. And you guys.

So how do you make a post not to go viral based on the trends of music, but also for people to engage, right? To share, to comment, to because that's a lot of the things that we sometimes lack, people that engage. So how do you get that more? I have the same problem with engagement with the community.

I have the same problem. But there's not the same thing I will expect with it. Right. Because I'm lucky with that.

Right. But to go sorry. So you basically say that it's important to create a community, that it's always going to be checking what you're doing, supporting, growing. And at the end of the day, the more postings that you do, the more that you will grow and they grow the community when you come, right?

You play each time, you're not winning, not winning, but at that time, you win. And then you're expecting. So you were saying at the beginning that when you started, you didn't know very well which direction to go. So you started asking some of the most successful people in that space, your friend that is killing it on YouTube and everywhere else.

And how important it is, the collaboration, how important it is to bring the people that are already amazingly into your platform. It's very important because it's the image which we're building. We are what we're the best to create, that you're invested in. That's very important.

And this must be a talent for that. It's not everybody can write. So what's the hardest part, you will say out of the business, right? Because it's not something that, oh, you know, everything is smooth.

You go viral, everything is fine. How do you stay on top and what's been the hardest part of the youth encounter? Yeah, the music shows. Would you choose the video and then post each day?

That's the great hard part. OK, amazing. No, so look, I feel like you've been doing some really interesting videos out there. Tell me a little bit about the future.

Like how do you envision like this new platform, right? You see threats. Now you see Twitter that is changing. It's called X.

So what do you see that is happening with social media and the impact that is having a real estate? Yeah, then it's a time to change. Like Instagram, I don't know, it's stayed a long time. Because always come new platform, which you said, yeah, keep going, keep the online always.

Look always what's on your vision and then go forward there. Right, sorry. No, I mean, you always have to be on the lookout for what's new. Try to be a trendsetter because sometimes those platforms might work, might tip or might not.

But if you're early on and you know how to transition towards that platform, you might get ahead, right? Like when Clubhouse started, I remember a lot of people jumped into it earlier on and it helped them to connect with some amazing people, but then attacked. So it's about being always on the lookout, as you said. I've not been afraid of trying new things because some people, they just stick to one thing.

But if what I think that disappeared one day, then what else have you done? So it's usually leverage, I agree with you. Like what I did with Instagram, I post each time on Instagram and then I begin with TikTok. I play low-fuse with TikTok, but I post each time.

When I post the Instagram, I post the same video on the TikTok. And then you go try it. What you make, you must respect. Exactly.

Recycler it, right? Use those pieces of content everywhere. And of course, make adjustments as you are getting more traction in those platforms because some of them like lower-gear videos, shorter videos, more specific videos or more specific in that. So by the beginning, in order to not overwhelm yourself, just grab the content that you have and put it everywhere else.

I start with YouTube shots. Of course. I don't know if you know it. Same concept.

So I have low-view followers, 500, I think. But I keep going. I know it in several times. Oh no, it's like that.

We apply the same strategy, right? Superloxel group, TikTok, all the stuff that has these videos that take millions of views. You post it on shorts and might do well, might do not. But eventually if you stay consistent, you're going to have one video that boom.

Half a million views, million views. And that's what's going to increase your subscribers. And look, it's about consistency, right? And that's one of the things that I see on yourself and on many others, I have reached a certain level of success on real estate for the social media.

And that is through the consistency of quality content. Now let me ask you now, we always have the same question. But what is it, luxury to you? Luxury is the experience.

Experience, yeah, like that. For me, it's like experience, like, what can say, luxury is the experience. Right. Okay, that needs the answer, right?

But no, I like the concept of the experience. Tell me a little bit about just to wrap this up in a positive note. What would you recommend for somebody to start implementing today? Today, keep following your, what you're feeling, you got following, you got following.

Right, instinct. Follow instinct, what you got feeling about it, keep going. When you believe something, you can go like that. It's very important.

Yes, 100%. Look, you believed in something, you went for it and here you are now growing tremendously and working with some of the most successful real estate professionals out there. So look, my friend, I know that you're also traveling and I wish you an amazing summer. Keep on growing and thriving within the business and I can wait to meet you very soon.

So thanks again for your time. All right, so for everybody here today or listening later on, please follow his mail, Beverly Hills, the real estate. Check out some of the amazing properties that he's showcasing and everything else involved in the business. So definitely a source of inspiration and also creativity that you can go and implement on your own social media.

So thanks again, my friend and we'll see you very soon. And thanks again for everybody tuning in today. We hope you enjoyed it and remember, embrace it's beautiful, success in life. My name is Alvaro and I'll see you next time.
