He will be talking about the latest trends in Luxury demands.

Giuseppe will also be talking about the importance of building strong relationships with key partners to bring more value into the market. This includes sectors such as private jets, yads and Luxury homes as an ultimate comfort experience. Definitely great insights for those interested to learn more about the way Luxury is heavy and how to overcome these unusual times. I hope you enjoy it.

Giuseppe, my friends. How are you? Okay, thank you. You?

Doing amazing, doing amazing. Where are you at? Now in my doorhouse, door office. Now I'm not a Milan.

Okay, but you're in Italy, you're with your daughter, man. Yeah, good job. Oh, there you go. That's my favorite.

I'm a, he's guest. Oh my God, I love this guy. So thank you Giuseppe for joining us today. It's a pleasure to have you in one of our SLG meetups.

And of course, I mean, you are Mr. Italian superstar icon of Luxury services, CEO of Luxury private group. I mean, you are getting more and more recognized when it comes to Luxury and the things that you guys are doing are phenomenal. So tell us a little bit about first of all, how is the situation there in Italy and how are you been turning this business into so successful situation in Italy?

It's like last year, we start to go in and slow it down. It's not, it's not, you know, it's not people know it. So we will march and after happily and thank you about me. Very simple.

I grew up in this kind of world and before my first company was in lobbying and yeah, and after being sure it's in a luxury. I was only, always in jettison. I can get mine from this. There we go.

And all this other, all this other stuff is boom, forks like that, kill it again. What happened, man? You had so much hair. You were looking amazing.

You just decided to go for the shape. Because I was going to lose it. I said, okay. Oh my God, that doesn't mean I love it.

By the way, so I wanted to ask you this because are the, well, you know, the high network individual, are they slow it down or are they still demanding luxury services? Two weeks ago I was speaking with the director of the European Monitor and he told me the same I told, I know that I saw that there are many less people but they spend more. Okay. So sometimes also better.

I wanted to just show up a couple things here because I mean, you are obviously arranged in some of the most phenomenal experiences when it comes to luxury. But you also specialize on ranking and selling them, right? When it comes to private jets, yachts, properties. So where do you see the highest demand these days?

First of all, we, we prefer sell. Of course, we prefer sell because we had one operation. You say, great for two years. Maybe more, really more depends on how injured you are.

What the world is now we are a ranked world. I mean, everyone ranked. We, last time I went to my secretary called to Apple for some computer, for my people, for my stuff, computer and I, and they called us, why you don't rent? So also I put the rent.

Yachts, jet depends because some target needs everything. Have you seen Giuseppe because obviously everybody is currently a little bit speculating whether this lockdown in Europe is going to be the disaster. How do you see what is going on right now affecting the luxury space? Honestly, yes, of course.

People are a little bit scared. But more we, we, we, we have to live with this coronavirus. So I understand the beginning. But now I'll start to be a little bit boring, more just kind of.

Yeah, I guess it's been already too long. It's been since the beginning of the year all the way to now. I think that also people are starting to realize that there is a way to learn how to live with it. And as long as you keep the right procedures in place and work with experts that keep those procedures, you know, you're going to start learning how to adapt.

I mean, I have a question, you know, because Adrian Brody, all the way to boom machine fighter because you are also ex-military, right? Big guns. So I got to say it because I'm a black belt in judo. So I've been always like, yeah, yeah, of course.

I love, I love martial arts. And this has been something that I took for the longest time in my, my life. But obviously not to your extent. I mean, look at you.

Machine beast. Are you still doing it? Professional now, I have no time. But how would you combine in both things?

I need these. I need to fight because I'm very everything. I have so much pressure sometimes that I need to find a way to. But careful, only on the ring.

Don't take it off. We don't want that. Your clients can be resting assured that they are in good hands. Nothing's going to happen.

They don't need a bodyguard. They have just happy for everything. By the way, Giuseppe, I mean, I'm in Italy right now. And we're having a good time having this conversation.

I know like there were speculations about lockdown and what to do, whatnot. You know, I'm currently Madrid's client to Miami next week and same situation here. So obviously we're facing a really difficult time. But I think that how important is nowadays to build relationships with different companies around the world to stay connected and helping the clients?

Go any way without connection. Mm-hmm. And I like one thing you said. If you don't build a team or partnership or whatever, you can provide clients.

Okay. With the hook like yours or like mine or like other people, you don't know nothing. And I like what you said. You said because in this industry, you are obviously entitled and you need to be connected all the time.

But sometimes you get too many people involved and then the quality devalues a little bit. So there's one thing that you mentioned in one of your posts that I was reading that said, I'd rather work with 50 Navy SEALs than 150 soldiers. So it's about choosing the right people that shares your values and that you can all bring value to each other with the ultimate goal, which is to provide an excellent experience and customer personal job to your clients. Exactly.

Because we make something here about quality, not about quantity. If we develop that, we are the author. Yeah? We are the author.

You have to be high, high level. Because it's one minute that you're out. And with the right people, you have to select the people. Like I always say to my staff, you have to select the people.

And after you select them, they have to fix the problem. We have to be strong together. If we are strong, everyone will. And I'm very happy that we're also connecting in this sense because we're in Miami and anything you need, you know that we're here.

So it's a great bridge to keep connecting. And right now it's getting a little bit crazy. Europe plus also very cold. So we're always welcoming the right type of people.

So happy to do things together. And you're happy. I mean, you're connecting the three big dots, luxury yards, yet, and also luxury properties. Now, when we talk about luxury, everybody has a different concept of what looks like luxury is about.

So what would be luxury for you? Comfort. Good. Luxury is comfort.

When I was around 20, I had from 20 to 26, I had the 12 cars, nice cars. And to get into a warm and maintainer. Now what I like, you know what it is? When someone, the bag is going to find a car to these.

So it's comfort. And look, that's that you define it perfectly. Comfort. I mean, in one word, that's great.

But at the end of the day, everybody likes to collect certain things that are special or valuable. And what you're doing these days with the luxury services is phenomenal. So we need more like you that really bring the luxury concept, which in your case is comfort. And I really like it into place, you know, especially now, because people need that comfort.

Because when you see the negativity that is going on out there and all the craziness, it's good to rely on somebody that can bring you comfort. And I believe that in your mind, if luxury is comfort, this is what you will be delivering. So well done. With that being said, I know you have a flight coming up as well.

So if somebody wants to reach out to you or you know, want to work with you, what can they find you? Email or from you or? I'll put it. I'll put it in the comments also, the information.

It's a luxury private group that I found. The name of my secretary, but I always can see that something very fast. From your Google. Google, Italian superstar machine.

No. And Giuseppe first. First thing that comes up. No, Giuseppe, man, it's been great.

You are a phenomenal. I look forward to seeing you in Miami. Hopefully you can arrange something to come. And if not, I'll see you next time when I go to Italy or you're a lot in Monaco.

I wish you all the best. Keep doing your thing. You're doing phenomenal. We'll obviously connect to do some business as well.

And you know, as always, it's a pleasure talking to you, looking forward to seeing you in Miami or sometimes also in Europe. Absolutely. By the way, for the pleasure, everything just contact me and I will be your serve. Thank you Giuseppe.

Don't be a student, okay? Say hi to Busta. Bye. And thanks again for everybody tuning in today.

We hope you enjoyed it. And remember, embrace it's beautiful success in life. My name is Alvaro and I'll see you next time.
