Slice & Dice 31 - Tusk
from Slice & Dice Hosted by Steve Clifton & Dan Sullivan
It's been a while since our last episode, but we've escape capture and are now eager to tell you a story about a man who wanted to turn us into walrus'. Kevin Smith is back behind the camera and we'll let you know if his weed addled ambition to turn a podcast discussion into a feature film pays off with our review of 'Tusk.' We also discuss some high concept pop culture nuggets such as musical artists lip-synching, gender and race equality in pop culture, a Suicide Squad film and the 30th anniversary of that bastion of Thursday night television, 'The Cosby Show.' Need some movie ideas for your viewing pleasure? Check out our mini reviews of 'Begin Again', 'Life of Crime'. 'Starred Up', 'They Came Together' and 'The One I Love.' We also spend a little time running through our most anticipated films of the Oscar season. And Steve really has to pee.
