In his first year, he broke the rookie record at Alterra pest control selling 459 accounts in less than four months, bringing in more than $220,000 of revenue in personal sales. He has gone on to recruit, mentor, train, and manage more than 800 sales reps over the last six years. In 2017 alone, Chandler’s sales region, Aptive Elite, sold and serviced over 20,000 pest control accounts bringing in more than $11,000,000 in gross sales for Aptive Environmental. While expanding his sales region, he has invested in one condo, two duplex’s, eleven fourplex’s, one eightplex, and three commercial buildings totaling 60 doors that gross over $300,000 a year.
