Joe's lived in New England most of his life. He's an avid boater, skier, and biker who loves good times with good people and any second he can spend outside. Joe loves seeing his nieces and nephews and enjoys vacationing with them in Maryland and North Carolina. He moved back to the Portland area about a year ago after living in Vermont for eleven years.
