SLO Melt Down was Up & Adam in the Morning!

Raclette is a Swiss dish/cheese, also popular in the other Alpine countries, based on heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, then typically served with boiled potatoes. Jenny and Eric have made this a new SLO Tradition with their new pop up SLO Meltdown! Cheesesteak, Meatball, a ton of great sandwiches ideas as well as baked potatoes, and the possibilities are endless! We made some cheesy magic in studio and visually, it does NOT disappoint!
