In 1969 Joe was elected 4th district New Castle in Delaware. In 1973 He was elected as a senator to US Congress from 1973/2009. He served as the 47th Vice President of the United States from 2009/2017. This is not Joe first rodeo. He ran for President back in 1988,2008 and 2020. I am not sold on Joe Biden .
