Slxm Sol (pronounced Slim Soul) is an East London-born producer, DJ and sound engineer at the intersection of deep, soulful house and jazz-inflected electronic music. Named a must-hear emerging artist (DJ Mag), his debut EP SQR006 (2024) premiered via Mixmag, EELF and Délicieuse Musique and garnered praise from Juno Download, The Club Map and Apparel Music. Alongside his solo portfolio, Slxm Sol’s regular collaborators include Rudimental, BB James and LEGZDINA. Sol also co-produced “No Better Friend” and “Fire” on House Gospel Choir’s Love Is The Message (2025), which charted at #13 in the UK Official Dance Album chart. In addition to music production, Slxm Sol is co-founder and A&R of independent label Soul Quest Records, is a Point Blank Music School alumni (Music Production & Sound Engineering BA Hons) and was selected amongst ten emerging electronic musicians and producers to participate in the AVA Creators Forum advanced artist development program (March 2025). Slxm Sol is now preparing the release of his second EP, set to release in early 2026. In the meantime, he can be heard on radio stations such as Balamii, Rinse FM, EXT and Voices Radio.
