Rôzne generácie majú rôzne predstavy o svojej budúcnosti. Alena Tomanová z organizácie Youthwatch nám porozpráva o tzv. Futures Literacy alebo „gramotnosti pre budúcnosť“. Ide o koncept a nástroj, ktorý pomáha mladým ľuďom pripraviť sa na to, čo nás v budúcnosti čaká. Gramotnosť pre budúcnosť rozvíja vlastnosti, ktoré sú pre budúcnosť dôležité. Napríklad ako pracovať s rýchlymi zmenami, ktoré prichádzajú a pripravovať sa na všetky zmeny, ktoré nastanú. Gramotnosť pre budúcnosť je veľmi dôležitou súčasťou kompetenčnej výbavy, ale zároveň je to veľmi veľká novinka v rámci práce s mládežou. Poďme s mladými ľuďmi snívať, predstavovať si ako bude svet vyzerať v roku 2035 a pripravovať sa na novú realitu tak, aby sme vedeli lepšie prijímať nejaké rozhodnutia už v súčasnosti.
