Slow Down Your Day With Coffee, Literally

Are you one of those take your coffee and run people? Using coffee as a pick me up rather than a slow me down? This Pod Club episode is for you! Get the insights on last week's episode, with our featured guest, Gardenia Rosales, Founder of Cipota Coffee as we dive into the valuable gems she brought forward. Today's episode changes the American way of slamming coffee into the Salvadoran way of appreciating and savoring café as a way of life, rich with a deep relationship to the process and its people. They feel like family now! As they should, because we loooove our cafecito and now have more gratitude for each loving step of the process of coffee growing and roasting it to perfection. Change how you treat that treasured cup of coffee by carving out time to feel the love and warmth of the people who bring it to you. If you missed last week's episode with Gardenia Rosales, no worries! This episode stands on its own. But you don't want to miss Gardi's story of why she was inspired to quit her job, learn the coffee business in her ancestral land and start her own company.... all in a matter of months!
