Slowing Down Doesn't Mean Delayed Arrival

In this episode, Kim the SME challenges us to rethink how we approach progress. Slowing down doesn't mean delayed progress just as speeding up doesn't guarantee success. When was the last time you analyzed your strategy? Do you have the tools needed for the next level or will you arrive ill-prepared. Absolutely..yes, there will be times when your tools will met at tour arrival, but did you gain the skills to operate them in route. Slow down. Strategize. Find your own rhythm and not solely rely on someone else's algorithm. Tune in as Kim shares her experiences and perspectives.
