With 20 years of major record label executive experience, Mike worked during the first half of his career in promotion, marketing and branding at Epic Records (Sony Music) and Republic Records (Universal Music Group).  Prior to that, he held multiple positions in the independent world doing promotion at Artemis Records and Glassnote Records. In 2010, he founded Type One Management with his wife Ali.  Mr. Nazzaro has been instrumental in breaking the careers of Taylor Swift, Tinashe, Colbie Caillat, The Fray, Natasha Beddingfield and Amy Winehouse and more, selling over 75 Billion digital singles combined.  In 2022 Mike & his wife Ali opened Laughing Horse Coffee in Harrison, NY which has served over 25,000 customers.  He is focused on the growth of Laughing Horse cafes and direct to consumer.
