A report out today from the Council of Small Business Orgainsations of Australia (COSBOA) and the global financial services company Square says many small to medium business are struggling in the face of economic storm clouds. I speak with COSBOA chief executive Luke Achterstraat. Also, CBA's full year profit falls 6pc to $9.48 billion.
