The World Hockey Championship wrapped up over the weekend with Canada topping Germany in the gold medal game, however, the story of the tournament revolved around the plucky Latvian team that against all odds beat the United States in the bronze medal game, giving Latvia its first ever medal at a World Hockey Championship.
