Small Groups that Make Disciples

Jim Putman is the founding pastor of Real Life Ministries, one of the largest, fastest growing and unique churches within the USA in the last 10 years. Building on the concept that discipleship is the core mission of the church, Jim will show how Jesus made disciples in small groups. Jim will explain, in practical terms, how a new church can follow the same method that Jesus used and create a small groups system based upon that today. Jim will also tell stories about how Real Life Ministries adopted this model and grew to where they now have up to 8,000 people in small groups meeting on a weekly basis.
