Small Life. Expansive Self.

from Rebranding Middle Age

You get to define "small" and you get to choose the size and quality of your life. The point is to craft a way of being that allows you feel safe, at home, and joyful in your body and life.I talk about why we need to do the inner and outer work at the same time. The inner work might include things like getting to know your True self, learning a practice of self-compassion, building skills to support naming and honouring your boundaries, and so on. The outer work is what I offer in my Life Visioning Course. It creates the gentle structure or scaffolding of your life that supports your inner work. Or that supports you in being your True Self and thriving, flourishing, or showing up fully to life in each new season. So many people assume they are "wrong" somehow if they try to change their old patterns but struggle to maintain the healthier changes. The reality though is that very often they are attempting to create positive change WITHOUT the supporting structures. And this sets them up for discouragement and giving up.My work offers you the inner and outer work of learning to truly love and value yourself alongside the systems, rhythms, practices and habits that create the scaffolding of a sustainable and soul-honouring life. The Life Visioning Process - take the course*: The Life Visioning Course (reg $790): $490 June Only | A Life In Progress*for a limited time, you can get teh course FREE when you join the B+B Community for a full year!
