How can a virus with only a 66 percent survival rate just happen to pop up in a random laboratory without cause? Smallpox is so deadly it can ONLY be houses at the CDC in Atlanta and another site in Russia. THAT'S IT!! NOW ITS FOUND IN PHILADELPHIA?!? The FBI and CDC are now closing in and investigating.
