Smart *AND Lazy #1

from #PlanOrganizeCollege Hosted by Eric Liu

A large majority of parents I meet describe their student as "intelligent but lazy". Why is it that we have so many students that are characterized this way? Even upon praising their abilities, their desires for learning are stifled - due to an underlying misunderstanding we have about praising intelligence. Mr Eric Liu of Exclusive Tutoring San Diego has been researching these concepts of education throughout his life, and after receiving his B.A. in Psychology from UCSD, he has been actively teaching in the SD area. His aim is to spread awareness of these little adjustments we can make - in order to truly unlock the potential of all our students in the world!
