He says he came home one day and many of his belongings were gone. When he called police, he was served with a protective order. He’s suing for emotional distress. The defendant is countersuing for defamation.  Plus, The plaintiff and defendant are neighbors. The plaintiff says she was working from home one day when a car crashed through her home and into her living room. The driver was the defendant’s 13-year-old grandson driving the defendant’s car, so she’s suing for property damage.
