Smarter, Safer, and Sustainable: A Proposal for the Future of Public Safety in Wisconsin

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm will deliver a major speech concerning the future of public safety in this region. His premise is that the current criminal justice system entails soaring and unsustainable costs, without intelligently addressing the risks posed by offenders.
