IS YOUR SMARTPHONE TAKING OVER CONTROL?  THIS TIME THE PODCAST IS ON VIDEO AND AUDIO Are we addicts to our smartphones? Do we know our individually healthy limits? A little outtake of today's episode: "Let me tell you a short story about a teenage boy I knew. He was a smartphone addict.  The plan was: to turn off the smartphone on Sundays. We called it the mobile free Sunday. It was the boy having the idea because he somehow suffered from being on the phone the whole time and he was just curious enough to see how it is without a phone.  It took him about 3 weeks to be "psychologically ready". But then he was. " Listen to what happened, when Sunday Number 1 arrived... Did you anyone who needs to hear this? Feel free to share. THANK YOU.
