Smartrise Controllers In Denver, Toronto And Bermuda

Today’s podcast news podcast is sponsored by elevatorbooks.com: www.elevatorbooks.com SMARTRISE CONTROLLERS IN DENVER, TORONTO AND BERMUDA Projects in Denver, Toronto and Hamilton, the capital of the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda, are being outfitted with elevator systems that include Smartrise C4 controllers. The Denver project is a renovation of the roughly 10-story-tall, 141-unit Landmark East condominium tower served by 16-stop elevators. In Toronto, the nearly complete, 60-story mixed-use Wellesley on the Park, designed by KPMB Architects and drawing inspiration from Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, will open soon in the “heart of downtown” with more than 700 residential units, retail and office space. In Hamilton, the former HSBC Building, consisting of a double-height lobby topped by five floors, is being renovated by locally property owners the Green family to house retail, leisure space and office space. Redesign of the 80,000-ft2 building, which will be renamed The Point House, is being handled by Botelho Wood Architects.
