Symptoms of a plateau include being stressed out and anxious; not prioritising tasks but only dealing with urgent matters; having self-doubt and no one to talk to; and you do too much rather than delegating work to others. These are all common symptoms that take you on a road to failure. Let go of your control and perfection issues. You will have to deal with internal (retiring employees) and external issues (technological advancements). There may be things missing in your business that you have to fill in. You will be challenged. How are you going to deal with these issues? Be agile, respond, think, plan, and react. Understand what you are trying to create. What is your definition of success?
