Smedsbo Slott Elektra Sauer Kveik - Omnipollo Kanelbullar - ep720

We hope your hangover isn't too bad. It's 2026 and we are cracking open a couple of bottles to kick the year off right. We've featured Smedsbo Slott quite a lot recently but that doesn't mean we don't want to keep trying their beers. Elektra Sauer Kveik is one of their highest ABV beers. Clocking in at 22% ABV, this sour ale uses wild fermented Kveik and a Belgian Quad grain bill.  Omnipollo and Trillium Brewing team up again to give us Kanelbullar.
