Smiling with Mr. Norlin

This week's guest is the one and only Mr. Norlin!  John Norlin is the Co-Founder of Character Strong.  Character Strong is a Social Emotional curriculum that also teaches leadership.  Listen in as he tells the leadership crew what makes him smile, talks about people who have inspired him in his life, and what his current personal growth goal is.  We ALL have now been trying his "2-2-2" approach.  Listen to his words of advice for young leaders and hopefully you can be inspired as much as we were.
