A smokescreen is designed to hide what is really happening. It distracts. It distorts. It redirects attention away from the truth. And if we are honest, our culture is full of them. The beauty industry, pharmaceutical industries, media, movies, music, and culture all under the perversion of the enemy causes smokescreens in our lives. With their influences they use deliberate actions, behaviors, and stances to: Hide the truth, and disguise real intentionsDistract people from destructive agendas and yet many of us still follow them. Even when we know they are pied pipers.
