Smooth Stone #5 — Jesus and Response
from Five Smooth Stones Hosted by Daniel Watts
Knowing God’s Word isn’t the finish line—responding to it is the foundation. In this episode we wrap up the “Five Smooth Stones” journey by looking at Smooth Stone #5 through the ministry of Jesus: response that shows up as love and obedience. From Jesus’ warning about leaders who “do not practice what they preach,” to His clear call in John 14:23–24, we’ll see that discipleship always invites a choice: hear and do, or hear and ignore. Using Jesus’ picture of a house built with (or without) a foundation (Luke 6:49), this episode equips KidMin leaders to aim beyond head knowledge—helping children Know the truth, Do it in everyday life, and Be shaped into Christlike character over time.
