Hello and I hope all is well with you. As I mentioned in my original Hiatus Announcement, I am going to reach out every few weeks, just to say hello, give some updates and leave you with a very short message for you to consider.

Regarding updates, I continue to be deeply involved in working on my next book, Stop Making Yourself Miserable, along with introducing an executive training program to help people enhance their personal growth progress and reach their deeper potential.

And for your consideration, I recently read an article that estimated that all of the major human-caused problems on earth are the results of the activities of just about 10 per cent of the human population, which means that about 90 per cent of us are peaceful, well-meaning creatures who wouldn't hurt a fly.

It always amazes me how the human mind is capable of such incredible highs and lows, such awful, selfish atrocities and such magnificent, altruistic triumphs. It seems that the choice of what we want to do with our intelligence will always be up to us, and human history is filled with men and women who have done incredible things, both big and small.

As an example, in front of the Indian Embassy in Washington, DC is a statue of Mahatma Gandhi with a quote about him from Albert Einstein that reads, " Generations to come, it may be, will scarce be able to believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth."

Now that's quite a statement coming from one of the most brilliant minds on record.  Gandhi may be a high bar to emulate, but hey, it never hurts to try....

So that's it for now. Be well, and I'll catch up with you in the next update.
