Sn 5 Ep 10: A Faithful God and a Rebellious Israel

Have you ever thought about why Israel did not manage to continuously obey the Lord and walk in His ways, even though God did everything He could including manifesting His power in miracles that have never been seen before? In Psalms 78, David recounts the failure of his ancestors and how they kept rebelling against God even when He showed the care every other time. And here is a lesson to us: God remains faithful even when we leave him to chase after idols. There is nothing our God cannot do for us, yet we always leave him to unite ourselves in idols and the ways of the world.
