Sn 5 Ep 11: A Lamp Under the Bed

In Mat 5:14-16, Christ talks about a city on a hill, whose light can be seen by everyone. He also likens us to a lamp that is put on a lampstand to light the whole room instead of being hidden under the bed. He says nobody lights a lamp to place it under the bed. Where is your lamp? Is your lamp hidden under the bed where it cannot shade light to a room full of unbelievers who are in dire need of light. In this episode I implore you and me to truly shine in private as well as in public. It is of no use to be a Christian in private, while denying Christ in public through our actions.
