At 14 Anne fun d herself pretty much alone in the world.Despite these personal tragedies, Anne is a survivor: She made it to the top of the Hollywood A-List.She has starred with nearly everyone from Al Pacino, Johnny Depp; Tommy Lee Jones, Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman. She guest-starred on the sitcom Ellen, fell in love with its star, Ellen DeGeneres, and watched the roles dry up.Both of these strong women have “traveled a terrifying inner landscape in search of personal fulfillment -- and have emerged happy, whole, and strong.”I invited both for you here today to talk about your journeys and coping with mental health. There are a lot of similarities in each of your lives.Mental health is such a personal thing. We each deal with it in our own way, but we all need to be mindful of our own triggers, what to avoid, and how to stay healthy.www.deadpoetsfoundation.com
