Snapchat Fuels Teen Opioid Epidemic (with Paul Solotaroff of Rolling Stone)

Rolling Stone has implicated Snapchat in fueling a teen opioid crisis. Paul Solotaroff has been a Senior Writer at Rolling Stone for 25 years.
