Snapshots & Spontaneous Life (ep. 108)

In this week's episode, I am going to share with you a 'snapshot' from my recent trip to Malaga, Spain. I have had the pleasure of enjoying three weeks of January Sun in this coastal city of Spain, where, alongside my two best friends, I partied, explored, and polished my language skills. Inspired by the memories, I want to invite you to consider the two major themes of the story: planning vs spontaneity, and 'being in the moment'. I will talk about these two topics and consider the utility of different approaches regarding them. At the end of it all, I will give you a little challenge for the week, so you could explore what it means to you to 'take a snapshot' of your life.
