Snarky in the Suburbs Episode #47: Get a Life!

Uh-oh, we’ve got a Dear Snarky letter that is absolutely ridiculous and involves parents and their adult daughters. MyPeeve is about grotesque Halloween decorations. I think we’ve surpassed scary and entered the realm of appalling. There’s two Observation, one which is harmless. It’s about gourds as in those gigantic tablescapes that leave no room for food.Lose the gourds, bring in the food – just saying. My second observation which freaks me out is the story of yet another person who got stuck inside a slide on a cruise ship!!! The Snarky Confessional is about my recent surveying of an elementary school morning drop out. I had hoped that in the12 years since I’ve dropped a child off at elementary school things might have gotten better.
