Mass addiction and corruption lead to suicide in Massachusetts jail

Ryan Wallace (@ryanwallace) is up north in Massachusetts trying to bring awareness to what happened to his brother while incarcerated. His brother having an earlier traumatic experience with the county jail was so fearful of whatever happened that he did not want to ever go back. Hoeevr he had a drug issue he was also trying to overcome. In the midst of this battle he relapsed and ended up in a rehab section of the county jail.
