Sharon McIntosh, Senior Director of Global Internal Communications, PepsiCo The Society for New Communications Research (SNCR)podcast series profiling the winners of its 2011 Excellence in New Communications Awards continues with a conversation featuring Sharon McIntosh, senior director of Global Internal Communications for PepsiCo, which won an Internal Communications award in the Corporate category for its global social media training program to encourage its employees to promote the company and its products effectively and in alignment with company policies.
