The NFL season has technically already started, but it really kicks off today. As teams have new rookie contracts and massive trades, sometimes your favorite franchises can look, and feel, like totally different teams. Tuckman proposed his group development theory in the four common stages of forming, storming, norming, and performing. While these stages apply to any group, it ia best exemplified in sports. The great organizations recognize this and diligently work to progress their team where they need to go in order to reach their max potential.
