SNE - 299 - Focus Friday: Easing in Again

Here we are the day after Thanksgiving, AKA food coma hangover, AKA black Friday, AKA Thanksgiving and game night round two with all those leftovers needing to be put to good use! It's incredible to be around so many great people. I've also been improving physically after surgery, making little gains in recovery each day. As I wade further into that healing water each day, the height of my body faces a little more resistance. The resistance it needs and has craved. This metaphor may in fact represent most of the growth we go through... Until a good friend shows us some tough love and pushes us off the dock...
