Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu plánuje příští rok ušetřit zhruba 20 miliard na dotacích. Z toho 14 miliard chce uspořit na podpoře obnovitelných zdrojů. Tu až do začátku energetické krize platil stát a spotřebitelé. V reakci na prudký růst cen vzal ale stát celou platbu na sebe. Teď se vedou spory o tom, kdo bude příští rok platit dotaci, která z naprosté většiny zamíří k majitelům solárních parků postaveným v letech 2009-10. Původní plán byl vrátit to do předkrizového stavu, tedy část spotřebitelé a část stát. Poté ale přišel ministr financí Zbyněk Stanjura s tím, že se 14 miliard z dotací na obnovitelné zdroje jednoduše škrtne. To by ovšem znamenalo retroaktivní změnu pravidel a státu by hrozily spory a arbitráže.
