Tension is growing between Pittsburgh’s mayor and the Allegheny County DA. NewsRadio KDKA's Shelby Cassesse has the story: In an in studio interview with the big K morning show, Stephen Zappala suggested he could sue the city to take control of Pittsburgh police. He believes police don't have full range to enforce the laws, leading to increased issues downtown.  Mayor Ed Gainey responded today - defending his approach to crime, and adding the DA has no authority to sue the city for control of the police department.  Shelby Cassesse, News Radio KDKA.
