Eugenics to control the balance of the population to allocate resources.  Caste-class with no mobility.  False flag and manipulation on the grand chessboard to control the narrative into a believable story like in the Matrix. We bring on Olof the Anarcho-Viking to take on this tail of class warfare and bioengineering gone wrong.  It’s pretty amazing that they could keep the trains running on time after nearly two decades and replacing worn out parts with children.
