According to their website "NukeWatch is a Wisconsin-based environmental and peace action group, dedicated to the abolition of nuclear power, weapons and continued radioactive waste production. NukeWatch brings critical attention to the locations, movements, dangers, and the politics of nuclear weapons and dangerous wastes." The organization does work locally, nationally and internationally and publishes a quarterly newsletter with updates. Lundeen previously did accompaniment work in Columbia as part of the International Peace Observatory. She has also been part of the Catholic Worker movement.
