Recipes below.Soju Love Jung Hoo2 oz Soju1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur3/4 oz Green Tea Syrup1 oz Lime Juice1 dash Angostura BittersAdd all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.For syrup, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 water in saucepan and gently stir and heat until edges start to boil. Remove from heat and place one green tea teabag into the syrup and allow to steep until cool.The 20231 1/2 oz Curacao1 1/2 oz White Rum2 dashes of Angostura bittersClub Soda or Champagne depending on your yearAdd curacao, rum and bitters in a rocks glass with ice. Stir gently to combine. Top with club soda if 2023 was good too you; use champagne if it wasn’t so good.
