So, how do I actually take a break? This is the day to serve a swag gas with Anthony Engini. Well, you know how. Come on.

Think back. The kinds of breaks you've gone through all your life. Recess, right? Half-time during games.

Summer breaks, we all love that. Vacation leaves, we maximize that. Company breaks, no choice. Subtitles, more and more.

Sundays. Let me give you some insight when it comes to marathons. From training, for marathons, is 42.2 kilometer runs to actually running them. I've had the privilege of running 11 marathons, 10 of which international in nature.

You know, over-training for a marathon, which normally starts, the period starts six months, three months is quite tight. Over-training will kill you or your race more than under-training. And if you overdo your runs for a marathon, you're a disaster waiting to happen. That's just a preparation.

During the run itself, believe it or not, you need to take a break. When it's downhill, use that as an opportunity to relax and allow gravity to take over. When you are in a bridge, and the wind against you is quite strong. Run behind somebody who's bigger than you and take a break.

During water stops. Use that opportunity to walk, even just a couple of meters as you drink, as you hydrate, and if needed as you also take some nutrition and take a break. It is these breaks that allow you for a strong finish towards the end. Tina Halley said this.

Research shows that we need to take a break and decompress so we can be at our best at work. And at home. Maybe we should ask if the life we're working so hard to create is fun to live. What's the last time you disconnected and took a vacation?

From Jeremiah 25 to 26, I will refresh those who are weary and will satisfy with food everyone who is weak from hunger. So then people will say, I went to sleep and woke up refreshed. So how do I actually take a break? Do it.

Do it. Do it. Decide. You will take a break.

Only you can make that decision. Decision, incision. Cut off. Other options go for the break.

Decide on it. Open yourself to feedback. 360 degree feedback means you get the opinions, right? The ideas and again, the feedback from people above you, 360 across you, your peers, your spouse and below you, your children, your subordinates.

I will remember my son Donny's words to me, Dad, give yourself a break. Reward yourself. You deserve it. Open yourself to feedback.

Do I. For the words, do it. I inform people of anything that might affect them during your break. It's no excuse, right?

To be irresponsible if you will step back from action, but let them know in advance, let them anticipate and they will do the same when it is their turn to take their breaks. And finally, think through the break. Reflections are the key to our unconscious, the many things going on inside of us that we do not even know. You may be surprised at so much insight you will get at a wide and expanded and complete, their perspective will become after taking a step back to reassess an aspect, or perhaps your entire life, decide, open, and form and think.

Okay, when you think, don't just think once after the break. Think again. When you realize the benefits, keep reminding yourself of them until you memorize it and it is ingrained in your thinking that as Russell Eric Dobde said, taking a break leads to break throughs. Just do it.

Let me close with Philippians 4, 6, 2, 7, don't worry about anything. But in all your prayers, which can only happen if you step back and take a break, ask God for what you need. Always asking Him with a thankful heart, and God's peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus. Take a break.

Do it now.
