So, how do I change my mindset today? This is the Daily Disturfist vloggas with Anthony and that includes my mindset. It is a choice to change, regardless of my feeling. It is what I am willing to do or not to.

So be mindful, let's bring to a conscious level how we think today. How is our mindset today? That is the very first step we have to diagnose before we prescribe, treat, and get well, or get better. You know, there were times I thought I was being a flexible person and someone else said you're actually being a wimp.

Are you open to the truth? Because Aurelius, if someone is able to show me that what I think or do is not right, I will happily change, for I seek the truth by which no one was ever truly harmed. It is the person who continues in his self-deception and ignorance who is harmed. So the openness, the reality, and the need for change.

The growth mindset, right? Not the fixed mindset. What do we need to change a welcoming spirit, therefore, to new inputs, because it's inputs that determine the eventual output, right, garbage in, garbage out. Or better yet, are you sure that that piece of trash is in some form of hidden treasure?

You know, the blessings in disguise of life? Like the person who annoyed you, initially, who eventually became your life partner? Seriously, whatever in your reality you do not see as a blessing instantly becomes a curse. Practicing, gratitude.

That can also change your mindset. Thank you for journeying with me, for example, in the daily disturbance. Wait, wait, wait. Let me write that down.

Thank you for journeying with me. And the suggestion, even as I say this and write this, is keeping a gratitude journal. So a participant to a positivity seminar wrote after the program as feedback. It was good, but the room was half empty.

Practicing humor, if I can add, what do you call, I love this, a Mongolian with a weak mindset? Think about it. Think about it. Who is the most famous Mongolian of all time?

And what do you call a Mongolian with a weak mindset? Genghis can't. Genghis. Genghis can't.

Anything I am grateful for, I think about this, guys. Anything I appreciate adds value to my life, right? Anything that appreciates increases value over time. So how do I change my mindset?

Power, right? For power, be for practicing gratitude, or for opening my mind, and W for welcoming positive thoughts, humor, including encouraging people, I should also welcome. And challenging circumstances in my life. Yes, challenging situations.

The word challenge, if I may remind you, is like a duel. It's a competition between two forces, which means there is a 50-50 chance of winning. So may I encourage you, every time you see a challenge, look forward to the 50% chance of winning and not of defeat. It is a process.

And today I don't just look at myself as a human being, and I invite you here. Let's look at ourselves as human becoming, not just beings. Michelangelo reminds us that the problem human beings face is not that we aim too high and fail, but we aim too low and succeed.
