“Send Coach John a message”Found a very simple but important post from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) where we are reminded that “Life is so ironic. It takes sadness to know what happiness is, noise to appreciate silence and absence to value presence.”  All of these things we experience in life and when we can take a moment and step back to look at these, I think gratitude fits into the mix of all these.  So many lessons that these can help us with in life, that’s for sure. I know that I need to recognize when I’m going through these times in life of sadness, noise, and absence to really appreciate and value happiness, silence and presence.
