Welcome back to Chittin’ and Chattin’ — where we romanticize our lives, spill a little tea, and heal out loud ☕✨ This week’s Sips of the Week felt extra magical as we made coffee inspired by a book we picked up in Salem called Coffee for the Modern Witch (because obviously we’re leaning into our cozy, mystical era). Syd was sipping from the Valentine’s mug her sweet hubby gifted her — complete with a chaotic internet meme quote that truly represents her spirit. We chat all about our Valentine’s Day plans, what love looks like in this season of life, and then… whew. The tea was HOT for Spill it, Bestie 🫖 We had plenty to say and did not hold back. Also — can we talk about the Super Bowl halftime show?! We were absolutely swooning. The talent. The energy. The obsession. Consider us unwell. On a deeper note, we spent time healing out loud and unpacking something we both struggle with: asking for help. Why is it so hard? Why do we convince ourselves we have to do everything alone?
