Health shaming is a pretty big topic that can have a lot of different definitions and look a lot of different ways. For today's episode, we're defining it as: looking down on someone else because of their body or actions related to their health or lifetsyle. We are praying that this episode brings conviction and sanctification and helps to make us all more humble and more like Jesus.
