In 1997 Jayne and her husband Peter decided to buy a farm. They needed to get away and de-stress from their professions as a brain surgeon and an emergency theatre nurse. Fast forward to now Rylstone Olive Press last week won multiple medals for their olive oils, including the best Olive oils in Australia. This is a journey of passion and down right hard work. Today Jayne pops into our studio to talk all things olive oil.
