Today's episode is an interview with Elizabeth, Elizabeth has been on this recovery journey for approaching 40 years sobriety, she's experienced many types of "recovery" and shares some tips, helpful thoughts, and her experience with us. Biased- I got to say this was one of my all time favorite interviews and opened my mind up for some new thoughts on my own recovery, Full disclosure though that I did interview while at a playground-because sometimes being a mom and a podcast host means, I make compromises, she didn't mind and I hope you don't either, because as always without recovery I can't be a mom, and I love being the best mom that I can be.
